0 Emergency and Siren Song in Life

People only act upon emergency. When your house is on fire, you act immediately, everything else doesn't matter. People only act when cornered and there is no way out but acting. Yet there's no emergency to be a master, to be rich, to have great and strong body, so people simply do not act. People are procrastinators. They do not act, they react. People are waiting the time to pass only to do the same thing again the next day. They make excuses for not doing what they know necessary. People do not act if they don't see immediate consequences. Smart people know this and they anticipate what will happen. Ulysses knew he would be tempted by the Sirens, so he created a pact with his future self now we know this as Ulysses pact or Ulysses contract. The principle is to apply immediate consequences of an action. Sirens are everywhere in real life, it can be television, social media, smart phone, games, and so on. Most people are just doom and step to the jump to the ocean willingly. They will never escape from the matrix of this Sirens.

0 Kant's View On Freedom And Duty

freedom is doing without inclination. If someone does something for the sake of getting reward or avoiding punishment, it's not freedom, it's inclination. Freedom should free from temptation, fear, worry, and so on. According to Kant, freedom only possible when you do the duty. Doing your duty is universal law. People are procrastinators because they think about wheter what they do will bear any consequence, whether it's pleasurable not painful, what other people think about it. Kant, different from others, views that all of that should be ignored, just do the duty, full stop, do not think about consequences. To do so is a true freedom. For most if not all people, the ultimate motivation of doing something is to get pleasure and to avoid pain. They think freedom is doing what they want. Children and drunkards always do what they want, but it's not freedom at all. Children are pleasure seeking while drungkards are under the influence of alcohol, they often regret their action or ashame after they are sober. They are manipulated by their ignorance. Kant perspective on freedom is anti-fragile, because not caring about consequences will make you become stronger over time and you will have more determination. It's sincere. Procrastination is the sign of insincerety and unseriousness. When someone decides to be a writer, for example, writing becomes his duty. He must write regardless all consequences. Most people give up on any mastery because they think to much about consequences. They are not focus on doing their duty. They are attacked by resistance like Sidha was attacked by Mara. Spinoza said, excellent is difficult and rare. I close this writing with a poem by Charles Bukowski. Roll the Dice by Charles Bukowski if you’re going to try, go all the way. otherwise, don’t even start. if you’re going to try, go all the way. this could mean losing girlfriends, wives, relatives, jobs and maybe your mind. go all the way. it could mean not eating for 3 or 4 days. it could mean freezing on a park bench. it could mean jail, it could mean derision, mockery, isolation. isolation is the gift, all the others are a test of your endurance, of how much you really want to do it. and you’ll do it despite rejection and the worst odds and it will be better than anything else you can imagine. if you’re going to try, go all the way. there is no other feeling like that. you will be alone with the gods and the nights will flame with fire. do it, do it, do it. do it. all the way all the way. you will ride life straight to perfect laughter, its the only good fight there is.

0 Sincere Desire

People are procrastinators because they do not have sincere desire. Procrastination is the sign that one is not serious about his desire. Without sincerety, it feels difficult to do the thing. Then he wants to escape from the main course by doing easier thing or procrastinate. People are not addicted to pleasure, they are addicted to escape from reality. True desire doesn't need reward and doesn't care about anything but itself. People opinions are not important at all. When the motivation is outside of inner self, it's not sincere. Most people are motivated by money. Most people will say that they can't run 10 kilometers, but then if one offers them one thousand dollar for every kilometer, most people will be more than happy to do it much much more than that, even every day. When people say, it's difficult, actually it only means they do not want to do it. Unfortunately or fortunately no one will offer anything for us to run 10 kilometers every day or doing anything else, that's why only sincere people will be successful in this life. Most people are sleepwalkers, they have sold their life and soul to others. They are afraid to be the master of themself. They think that they need money that much to survive and pursue a mastery. They do not realize that money can only buy consumer stuffs. To survive what we need is just one simple meal a day and water, even one hour working will be enough to survive. For most people money only add fat to their body and waste their time on unnecessary vacation then show off on social media and socialisation on meetings and gatherings. If I want to be a writer and then I write a blog but literally no one reads my blog, I stop, it's unsincere. I must not care about anything else but writing itself. Most people just want the reward as soon as possible. When they don't see the reward for a while, they just stop or run away. This is how people fail to be anything serious, to be a master. Maybe it needs ten or twenty years of daily toil until one becomes successful. One must not expect easy path, shortcut, or help from others. One must be willing to stay in hell forever if necessary to achieve his ultimate aim, and it won't be forever. Easy life is not worth the oxygen. Life is short and somewhat meaningless. One must become the best version of himself.
