0 People Act Based On What Is Common

People work eight hours a day and get minimum standard wage, it's common and therefore it's OK for them to do so. What common or uncommon is based on experience and knowledge. For some people, exercise everyday is common and normal, so they do it, for others, it's not. It's just merely the habit of mass. For some people, going to work for others everyday nine to five, is unbearable and unacceptable, so they don't do it. The key is habit. Habit is acting normal without making effort or decision because it was decided long ago. In long term model, everything is easy to do. But people live at the present and cannot comprehend the long term model. They crave for immediate gratification. Fat, stupid and poor are the most common trait of people. This is caused by immediate gratification. They fail to control their emotion and fall into the trap of Siren song. Aim at anti-fragile and ignore the siren song.
